On average you will spend between 3 and 10 minutes smoking a single cigarette, now if you are a heavy smoker you may go through a 10 pack per day that could be a saving of up to 100 minutes per day, that's a staggering 1 hour 40 minutes per day claimed back. What could you do with an extra 1 hour 40 minutes per day? This is about 608 hours year! Couple this with the extra money; I am sure you can find many interesting things to spend the time and money on which you may never have dreamt of before.

Short term health benefits of not smoking include increased lung capacity which means you won't be as out of breathe as you normally are and so if you are in a hurry or decide to play a sport you won't be the one huffing and puffing at the end of it all. Also you will have more energy as cigarettes will drain the energy out of you no end, how would you feel to have a lot more energy and live life to the full?

The longer term benefits of not smoking include a decreased chance of cancer and heart attack, in fact after 10/15 years of stopping smoking the chances of getting heart attacks goes back to the same chances of getting it is a non smoker, so you are back to where you began before you started smoking. Also a common favourite of the benefits of not smoking is that your are less impotent, which means you can perform better in the bedroom and that also includes girls, so if you want to have a better experience on the bedroom then stopping smoking is will prove to be a big booster!

Lastly a general glow is a huge benefit of all benefits of not smoking, as all of this combined will create a glow about you and people will notice that, you will feel happier, energised, respected, look healthier, feel healthier, be less out of breathe, have more time and more money. You just can't stop listing the benefits of not smoking.
